New for 2022
A twilight race to start the weekend with a bang, giving you the chance to run a 5-mile loop of the Frolic course, just as the sun starts to set. There are various terrains to navigate – some tracks, fields, sandy paths and woodland areas – so a nice mix underfoot, which is slightly technical in places.
