The seven-mile race is a new edition to the Larmer race line-up, offering an exciting distance for those just starting out their racing season. The route takes in the valleys of the Rushmore Estate, with spectacular views across the countryside. This is a tough race, with some steep climbs, sharp descents and the most amazing views to reward yourself with. There are brilliant marshals along the route for you, with aid stations to help keep you fuelled up.
The race starts at 9.30am and race numbers will need to be collected on the morning of the race.
This race allows you to run with your canine companion and experience the route together, as part of our dog-friendly races. Each runner can have up to two dogs and will be in wave starts of 30 runners, approximately 15 minutes ahead of the main race. Enter Here. The race starts at 9.15am and race numbers will be posted out to all entrants who enter before 18th November, along with a parking pass. If you enter after this date, you’ll need to collect your race number on the day.
Obviously, we don’t yet know what the situation will be with Covid-19. Procedures will be put in place to ensure people’s safety, so please allow plenty of time prior to the start of the race to ensure you can collect your numbers in a safe manner.
There will be hot food and drink vendors ready to serve you pre- and post-race.
Prizes are awarded on the line for the first three male and female runners, with all finishers receiving their medal and a unique WSR tea towel and mug set.
