Soooo a few weeks back, just after Larmer I did an interview with the guys from Bad Boy Running podcast.
So David Hellard and Jody Raynsford sit and talk about running with interesting people.
They couldn’t find any that week, so asked me
Some swearing and adult humour and some forthright discussion about some topics…please understand a lot of it is tongue in cheek.
No malice or silly mickey taking or being horrible about people
So if you don’t know what this is
BBR is not a normal running podcast, its aimed at normal people (thats you) and is really fun.
To be fair I have listened to a few Running podcasts and they are bit dull.
So there’s a bit of in jokey things and they don’t pull any punches, if they have an issue with something or somebody they say it….that adds an interesting edge.
I have never been one to shy away from an argument or defend what we do, we as a team always aim to do the right thing and I think it shows in our events. We had a long old chat about a lot of subjects, some controversial-ish
