This covers general race stuff, but there are obviously some questions that are only relevant to 2020. So here are a couple of additional points:
If you entered a race in 2020 that was ultimately cancelled (so, most of them), you have been transferred to the same race next year. You don’t need to do anything. You can check your entries by logging in to Full On Sport and looking at My Entries, which have been updated to the new dates in 2021.
If you can’t make the new dates or need to otherwise change your race entry, we can transfer it for you to another race that has spaces available. Email us on email@example.com, but please be patient. It might take longer to get a reply than usual due to the aforementioned limited hours.
